TC OneCard Activation Instructions

The TC OneCard will be your new student ID and will allow you to choose how you would like to receive any refund money owed to you from Temple College. As soon as you have completed registration, Temple College will start the process of creating your TC OneCard.

  1. Have your photo taken at the Admissions and Records Office in One College Centre
  2. After completing registration, please have your photo taken at Admissions and Records as soon as possible (preferably same day) for your new student ID card if a photo is not currently on file.
  3. Confirm that your mailing address is correct with Temple College and the Postal Service
  4. It is critical that the information on file be correct to receive the TC OneCard in the mail.
    Update your mailing address by:
    Address can be updated with HigherOne after card is received/activated.
  5. Receive your TC OneCard in the mail
  6. Every Temple College student will receive a TC OneCard in the mail. The card will be sent to the mailing address that was registered with Temple College.
  7. Activate your TC OneCard on the TCOneCard.com website
  8. Upon receiving your TC OneCard, visit TCOneCard.com to activate your card and select a refund preference. A demonstration of the card activation process is provided - "View a Demo". Please review your refund choices: Easy RefundSM to the OneAccount or ACH transfer to your bank.
  9. Retain the password established with your e-mail address
  10. You will be requested by e-mail to confirm your e-mail address. It is recommended that you use your TC Web Mail address. This e-mail address is sent to HigherOne and is the only one TC uses to communicate with you.
  11. Provide documentation with your refund preference selection
    • In some cases with the Easy RefundSM selection, HigherOne will request additional documentation to verify your identity. You will receive an e-mail with this request.
    • With the ACH transfer selection, you must fill out, print and fax/mail ACH transfer form to HigherOne.
