As of Fall 2009, Temple College has partnered with Higher One, a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to bring a new official Temple College ID and a faster method for receiving refunds to all TC students—the TC OneCard. Please do not throw away this important card; it is your ticket to:

• Faster refund options — Easy Refund^SM or ACH transfer to your bank. 
• The convenience of online banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• All the purchasing power of a Debit MasterCard® and the MasterCard network.
• TC campus identification and access to the Dawson Library, TC Fitness Center and sporting events.

Simply put, your new TC OneCard is designed to provide you with increased choice when it comes to receiving your financial aid or school refunds—including the preferred "Easy Refund^SM" method. Easy Refund^SM is by far the fastest and easiest way to gain access to your refund money—literally the same day Temple College releases it. Another option, ACH transfer to your bank, takes 1-3 business days to receive your refund.

Please activate your card as soon as you receive it.  Remember, even if you are not currently expecting a refund from Temple College, we may have a refund for you in the future.

Be sure that Temple College has your current mailing address. Please take a moment to update your address information at the Admissions and Records Office on the main campus or at the offices at the Cameron Education Center and Taylor Center. Your new TC OneCard will be mailed to your current address on file with Temple College. Therefore, it is critical that you verify your mailing address as soon as possible.
