Dear prospective student,

Thank you for your interest in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. DMS is one of the fastest growing medical imaging career paths in the country. The growth for qualified Sonographers in the Central Texas area is projected to be more than 29% for the next seven years. Currently, the demand for qualified Sonographers in Central Texas is far greater than the supply.

Sonography offers a challenging and rewarding career to those who are willing to spend the time necessary to master the tools and techniques required for this discipline and pass the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography boards. Our goal is to provide students with an enriched learning environment to prepare them for a future as a Sonographer. The successful Sonography student enjoys working with advanced technology, commits to an ongoing learning experience throughout their career, and has the desire to provide the highest quality patient care.
