Payment Deadline

Dual Credit payment deadlines are sent out to DC students and high school counselor via email. Some ISDs pay for their students, so these deadlines will not be applicable to them. Other ISDs will designate their own deadlines. Please check with your ISD or the Director of Dual Credit to confirm what deadline applies to you. At the very latest, all students must have payment taken care of by the last business day before the class start date.

FAILURE TO MEET PAYMENT DEADLINES WILL RESULT
IN ALL OF THE STUDENTS CLASSES BEING DROPPED.

Methods of Payment

Temple college offers a variety of convenient ways to pay your tuition.

CHARGE-
Charging can be done with credit or debit cards. Our online eCashier is only open during certain dates. These are posted on our webpage or can be provided to you through the Director of Dual Credit . eCashier is the only way to do a payment plan. There is space available on the second page of the Dual Credit Registration form for card information to be included. Any information for payment is destroyed after payment is processed and is not retained in any way, for any reason, by the college. CASH OR CHECK-
Checks can be included with the registration form and it is preferred that they are stapled to the form. Checks can also be delivered to the cashier’s office on the Temple College Main campus in the One College Centre building or the front office at our Taylor Center (East Williamson Higher Education Center).

Cash can only be accepted at the Cashier’s office (Main Campus-One College Centre or the Front office at Taylor).

NOTICE
 
Registration forms come to the Admissions office via the high school counselors, in large groups. Our goal is to get them into our system as quickly as possible, but this usually takes a few days. Please remember that tuition cannot be paid UNTIL it is in the system. We appreciate your understanding. If registration deadlines are met, this will be done well in advance of any payment deadlines. Our institutional preference is that payment (check or credit card) is included with the registration form.
