Your TConnect user name is your last name plus first initial and the last three numbers of your Student ID (not your social security number). Your initial password is your birth date in mmddyy format.

The first time that you successfully enter TConnect, you will see a message that says "Your password has expired".  At this point, you will need to choose a new password for future use.

Your TC WebMail user name is your last name plus first initial and the last three numbers of your Student ID (not your social security number). Your password is your birth date in mmddyyyy format.

NOTE:  This password is NOT THE SAME as your TConnect password and will NOT change when you change or reset your TConnect password!

Your e-Cashier user name is your 7-digit Student ID number including any preceding zeros.  Your password for e-Cashier is your birth date in mm/dd/yy format including the "slashes".

Your Desire2Learn (D2L) user name AND password is your last name and first initial and the last three numbers of your Student ID number (not your social security number). Once you log into D2L, it is recommended that you change your password.

Your  login to access a campus computer is the same as your login for your TC WebMail account.  Your user name is your last name plus first initial and the last three numbers of your Student ID (not your social security number). Your password is your birth date in mmddyyyy format.

When you change your password for TConnect it does not change your TC WebMail password.  Your TC WebMail password will always remain the same.

Your TC WebMail password is your birth date in mmddyyyy format without slashes, dashes or spaces.  It is not the same as the password used to enter TConnect.

If you have tried your birth date in mmddyyyy format and it is not working, you should contact Admissions & Records at 254-298-8306 for assistance. They will most likely require you to come to the office to show proof of your correct birth date.

An official transcript is a signed and sealed copy issued by the Temple College Admissions and Records office.  The official copy is usually required when a student applies for admission to another college. Currently, there is no charge for an official copy of a TC transcript.

Unofficial transcripts can be viewed by logging into TConnect.  This transcript will display all of the classes you have taken at Temple College along with your earned credits, grade points and cumulative grade point average. You can print the data displayed by using the print capability of your Internet browser.
